Melbourne based Federal Gov't Department is seeking SAFe accredited ICT Scrum Masters to work with a multi disciplinary team to facilitate the delivery of feature commitments

The Scrum Master will provide leadership to the MDT to support Capability, Epic and Feature discovery to populate the backlog as input to the initial Cost-of-Delay and PI Planning workshops as well as to facilitate design, build, test and delivery within each Sprint for features committed for delivery during the Programme Increment as endorsed during PI Planning.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Multi Disciplinary Team's efforts during Capability, Epic and Feature discovery in the lead-up to CoD and PI Planning
• Facilitate the Multi Disciplianry Team's efforts to deliver on PI Planning commitments

• Australian Citizen
• Able to obtain a baseline security clearance
• Can work full time and on site in Melbourne VIC
• Estimate start of employment on the 10th of February 2020
• Contract engagement is until 12th of December 2020
• Option to extend contract up to 24 months

Skills & Experience:

• Accreditation as a Scrum Master. SAFe certified is preferred
• Relevant experience as a Scrum Master using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Demonstrated experience in SAP environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and demonstrated problem solving skills
