Seeking Operations Analyst/s- Digital ID to support a Federal Gov’t client in any of the ff office locations:

Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney

About the role

As an Operations Analyst role in the Data & Operations team you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and providing effective support for the Digital ID technology solution after deployment.

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a reliable IT support model, ensuring that users receive timely assistance, technical issues are resolved efficiently, and the overall system operates smoothly

As an Operations Analyst you will:

  • Oversee the project after deployment, including monitoring, and coordination of activities related to the ongoing maintenance and delivery of the Digital ID technology solution.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to system access or functionality.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. This will include coordination with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing operational services or tools. You will be required to ensure that vendor solutions align with the operational needs of the technology solution.
  • Work closely with other teams to address operational aspects of changes, collaborating on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT support model, proposing and implementing changes to streamline support processes.

Security Clearance Candidate must be an Australian Citizen also hold, or have the ability to attain, a minimum of a Baseline Security Clearance issued by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Proven expertise in system design, solution architecture, and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its cloud-native capabilities.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IoC) methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of OAuth and OIDC frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Operational experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and deployment technologies.
  • Skilled in observability and monitoring of software systems.
  • Candidate must also hold, or have the ability to attain, a minimum of a Baseline Security Clearance issued by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.

Highly desirable: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Software Development would be highly regarded.
  • Relevant industry accreditations including but not limited to PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL or relevant Microsoft Azure certifications would be desirable.
