Federal Govt Agency in Canberra ACT is seeking a Sharepoint Developer to be involved in a short-term project to build an Office 365 SharePoint Online intranet site. Successful candidates will:

• Work within a cross-functional team of writers, IT specialists, and subject matter experts across the DTA’s corporate and enabling services.
• The key deliverable of the role is a tailored intranet by 1 July 2019 which includes easy-to-maintain site management and publishing processes for content managers.
• The key requirement of the role is experience functionality using out-of-the-box Office 365 SharePoint Online tools and functions.
• When required the Developer should be able to apply stylesheet or scripting changes to SharePoint’s layout and templating system.

Main skills and experience

• in delivering user-focussed functionality including calendars, lists and workflows using the Office 365 SharePoint Online platform
• in developing, building and delivering page layouts, templates, designs and visual changes using the Office 365 SharePoint Online platform
• ability to work within an agile environment and deliver required functionality based on user needs within tight timeframes

Nice to have

• knowledge of the Digital Service Standard, the Service Design and Delivery Process and the Content Guide.

For you to qualify:

• Australian Ciizen.
• With a current baseline security clearance or the ability to get one.
• amenable for a 6 week contract engagement with an option to extend for another 6 weeks.
• Working onsite full time in Canberra ACT office.
• Able to start employment immediately.

Current Commonwealth Government baseline security clearance, or ability to get one.
